Terms of Service

Last updated June 28, 2026

Terms Privacy

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Coverpage and any managed niche website, publishing, social posting, consulting, or related service we provide. By applying, subscribing, paying an invoice, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we serve

Coverpage is intended for businesses, founders, agencies, and B2B teams. It is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.

2. What we provide

We provide a human-led service that may include market research, positioning work, domain setup, website build, hosting, provider research, buyer guides, comparison pages, articles, social account setup, social posting, analytics, progress updates, and ongoing operation.

The exact scope depends on the plan, invoice, order form, written proposal, or checkout terms that apply to your purchase. If a written order conflicts with these Terms, the written order controls for that specific engagement.

3. Fit review and refunds

After a standard subscription, we review your market within 24 hours. If we decide the service is not a fit for your company, market, offer, or requested use case, we may decline the work and refund the subscription payment.

If the service is a fit and work begins, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may still refund at our discretion.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance through the payment method or invoice process we provide. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts.

You may cancel a subscription before the next billing period. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, we do not provide prorated refunds for a billing period that has already started.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate company, product, market, and positioning information. You must have the rights to any brand assets, product claims, customer examples, images, data, or other materials you provide.

You are also responsible for reviewing regulated, technical, legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, or industry-specific claims before publication. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or tax advice.

6. Publishing and approvals

The service is designed to be done for you. Unless we agree to a separate approval workflow, you authorize us to make ordinary editorial, publishing, update, and social posting decisions for the managed niche website.

You can request changes, reject an idea, or steer priorities by email or by replying to progress updates. We may refuse requests that are misleading, unlawful, deceptive, spammy, low quality, or harmful to the service.

7. Ownership

After payment of all amounts due, you own the domain registered for you where technically possible, the published content created specifically for you, leads collected for you, and brand materials you provide.

We retain ownership of our platform, internal systems, templates, software, processes, research methods, reusable components, unpublished drafts, and operational know-how. Third-party tools, fonts, libraries, platforms, and media remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

8. Transparency and featured placements

The service must not be used to create fake reviews, fake rankings, fake independence, or misleading endorsements. If your company is featured, sponsored, maintained by, powered by, or otherwise connected to the site, that relationship should be disclosed where appropriate.

9. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee traffic, search rankings, AI citations, backlinks, leads, sales, revenue, acceptance by third-party platforms, indexing by search engines, or any specific commercial result. We guarantee only the agreed work, operation, publishing, updates, and reporting.

10. Third-party services

The service may depend on domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, search engines, AI answer engines, social networks, CMS tools, email tools, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, account restrictions, policy changes, pricing changes, data loss, or platform decisions.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, misleading claims, fake endorsements, malware, harassment, infringement, regulated claims you cannot substantiate, or content that violates third-party platform rules.

12. Cancellation and export

If you cancel, ongoing publishing, updates, hosting management, social posting, progress updates, and operation stop at the end of the paid period unless agreed otherwise. After all amounts due are paid, you may keep the domain and published work that belongs to you. Static export, migration, or handover assistance may be billed separately unless included in your plan.

13. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only to provide or receive the service, unless disclosure is required by law.

14. Publicity

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may identify your company as a customer and may link to published work we created or operate. We will not disclose confidential strategy, private progress reports, or non-public performance data without permission.

15. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Coverpage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from materials you provide, your products or services, your instructions, your breach of these Terms, or your use of the service.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Coverpage is legally established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
